| A non-refundable screening fee of
$20.00 per adult applicant is required upon beginning the processing
of an application. Applications are received on a first come,
first served basis. |
Requirements for being first in line are:
- Viewing the property;
- A complete rental application, along with a signed consent
form, from all parties;
- An application fee from all responsible adults
|
A copy of ID for all applicants will be required
at the same time the screening fee is taken. Move-in costs
include refundable security deposit and a carpet cleaning fee.
If a pet is permitted, a picture of the pet must
be submitted at the time of application. The amount
of security deposits depends upon the results of the screening.
Rent must begin when unit is available and a reservation deposit
is accepted. Prices shown with the listing are estimated
and can change at any time. Application processing time
is approximately one week. |
